TODD STRAND: Co-Founder, CEO and Lead Strategist
Todd is a member of BICSI, the Building Industry Consulting Services International organization, and is on the board of its Educational Standard Committee. He served as its Western Region Director during years 2010 through 2014. BICSI is a multi-million dollar non-profit association covering 140 countries. It is the worldwide preeminent source of information, education and knowledge assessment for the constantly evolving information transportation industry.
For over his three decade career with the University of California, Irvine, he was responsible for the design, engineering, estimating, and supervising of the installation of all communications equipment on all buildings within the university campus. He collaborated with architects and engineers to design and strategize the implementation of the infrastructure communications facilities on existing and future building construction.
Todd’s educational background encompasses numerous engineering certifications including the University of California, Irvine Microcomputer and Digital Systems Engineering Program, specializing in Telecommunications Engineering. His unique expertise in the analysis of structural projects facilitates the ongoing strategy of the Company’s videogame development. Working directly with the game’s developer and production designer he oversees the focusing of the thought process behind the foundation of the videogame with the motivation of turning concepts into reality. Zachary Strand: Co-Founder, President and Lead Designer
Zach is a graduate of Full Sail University (the “Harvard” of the gaming industry), with a Bachelor of Science Degree, Game Art. His expertise encompass such core concepts as animation, art creation, environment art, material sculpting, and texture painting with direct focus on 3D content for consoles and computers. Zach mastered the art of developing unique characters that can perform deformations for character animations for the creation of MEL (“Maya Embedded Language”) scripts and rigs for game characters.
After a meticulous analysis of the videogame industry and gamer psychology, Zach has established a mastery of videogame structure including player emersion, maximizing play session time, as well as psychologist B.F. Skinner’s “baby box” operant conditioning. From studying philosophy and methodology of game art and entertainment, Zach has developed a unique insight into the industry. He has now taken his years of learning and insight and developed an extremely entertaining technologically advanced action oriented video game.
